As all family businesses grow, their dynamics also mature. I have always been passionate about luxury in design, form and function. This can be sensed everywhere in our real estate portfolio.I want to transfer the same passion, principles, and detail from a real estate investment fund to a diamond investment fund.

Rajiv Kanabar
After graduating from GIA Diamond Grading Rajiv has followed a personal passion for gemstones and set up the entity Desirah DMCC in Dubai. Rajiv graduated from the University of Kent in Canterbury with a BSC in Management Science. His interests are deep sea diving and meditation. He has completed three courses of 10-day sittings of Vipassana by S.N Goenka under noble silence in India.
Mr. Subhash has over 40 years of senior management experience with multinational blue chip firms in Europe, USA, Japan, Middle East and India. Past positions have included Chairman of Judicium Group Plc, a London based Law Firm, President of Ricoh (UK & Ireland), European Representative of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, CEO of Despec MERA Group (UAE), Director of Xerox (Europe), MD of Xerox (Nigeria). Educated at The City University London and University of Warwick Business School.
Record of successfully helping and establishing new ventures, sensitivity to and understanding of different cultures, experience of corporate governance, business development, media relations and Board responsibilities. Subhash is a Board Member of Desirah.
Mr. Stucki joined Gerald de Berger AG, a watches and jewelry company based in Switzerland, as the Vice President and gathered extensive experience with luxury watches, gemstones, gold, fine art and other hard assets. At the end of 2021, together with a partner, he founded a Swiss private advisory firm in the financial sector. Among other things, he managed the areas of banking, administration, marketing and investor relations for the company. Mr. Stucki has grown an international network in many different sectors and is always committed to the highest quality of work with efficiency, trust, and growth.
Hugo has an International Relations Degree from Lusíada University in Portugal. Hugo is a qualified diamond grader from High Diamond Council (HRD) and a graduated Gemologist from GIA.
Hugo has over 30 years of experience in the Diamond business following his family business, worked in Antwerp as a diamond grader and sorter, and today teaches gemology, and collaborates with several Diamond Governing Entities. Hugo has joined Desirah as the Chief Gemologist.
